| Pa and Me! |
Hai Girls,
Lots of things are happening in my
life right now. I’m in a relationship, I’m going to university soon and I’m
slowly feeling more and more like a “real” adult. But I know one thing that’s
never going to change with me – being daddy’s little girl! The special bond I
share with my Pa is like no other and that’s why I’m so excited that it’s
Father’s Day this week!
It’s so easy to take our fathers for
granted since they’re always busy working and we don’t think about how much they
do for us. That’s why special days like Father’s Day remind me just how
important my Pa is in my life.
It goes without saying that I think my
Pa is one of the best dads in the world. He has ensured my family and I lead a
comfortable life and that our every need and want is catered to. But what makes
my Pa so special to me are actually the little things that he does. He’s always
concerned about me, making sure that I
have money for my late night cab rides home, for example, and more importantly,
he’s always on my side, encouraging me and giving me much-needed pep talks whenever
I’m down.
Pa is truly my hero, and just knowing
that he’s around to support and protect me makes everything else in life seem
okay even when it’s not.
